I signed up to an e-bike subscription through Lug & Carrie about a month ago, and I’m really pleased with the bike, and the service! Ben was fantastic setting up the bike, he talked me through the options for riding with my 5-yo son, and even delivered the bike while we were in lockdown. We are having so much fun on the Tern HSD, it feels like we can go anywhere! Hills are a breeze! The school commute is a joy! Never thought I’d say that 🙂 I highly recommend L&C, the prices are so reasonable, everyone should try an e-bike.
