I LOVE my Lug and Carrie bike! Lulu (the bike) is easy to use, feels safe and I can lug my two children (2 and 5) up hills. It’s pretty amazing… I’m NOT the fittest person and up until the start of this year I thought I’d never be able to get back on a bike due to previous health issues. But here I am, peddling the streets and feeling confident enough to get around our local area. Ben was super kind when he delivered the bike, made me feel comfortable and offered excellent advice and encouragement. I can’t imagine life without Lulu back so I imagine she’ll be with us for some time yet…!
