Have loved the Lug and Carrie experience. Great bike (am converted to the e-bike after years of getting around on an old steel push bike) and Jordan and the crew are great. Helped me choose the right model, get me started and was impressed how quickly they popped out to swap the tyre over when I got a flat tyre on the way home from work!
